CertifyOS Announces NCQA Accreditation

The accreditation is a key step towards solidifying their status as the industry standard for provider credentialing for health plans

CertifyOS is dedicated to transforming how the US healthcare industry deals with provider data. We are excited to announce that CertifyOS has received Accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) through June 2024. NCQA is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. The organization is the trusted national authority on healthcare quality and accreditation, with NCQA certification considered the gold standard in healthcare quality. This Accreditation will allow CertifyOS to work more readily with major stakeholders in healthcare, all of which follow NCQA metrics.

What is the NCQA Credentials Verification Organization (CVO)?

The NCQA Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) provides a quality improvement framework for organizations to implement industry best practices that will help them to accurately and efficiently verify practitioner credentials. Certification involves rigorous evaluations and due diligence conducted by a team of healthcare professionals and certified experts. Based on their findings, certification is awarded by a national oversight committee of physicians who determine compliance with NCQA standards. An NCQA Certification recognizes that CertifyOS upholds the highest standards in healthcare quality and service, ensuring consumers have access to quality care across the system.
