Provider Data Confession Booth
Every team has a provider data problem it works around instead of fixing. Tell us yours. We’ll show you how many peers have the same one.
The booth closes November 30, or sooner if we reach 200 tickets. Your first 5 tickets count as entries.
Received.
Your ticket is in the box. Your top 10 report arrives when the booth closes.
How the booth works
You share
Answer one question, in as much detail as you want. We strip out names of people and companies before anything is shared.
We find the patterns
We group every ticket by theme. The ten most common become the top 10 report, and everyone who shared gets a copy.
Winners are announced
We email the winners and announce them on our social channels, and possibly on Provider Data Dorks, our podcast.
Drop a ticket, get the top 10 report.
When the booth closes, you get the ten provider data problems peer teams report most, ranked. See whether yours is rare or everywhere, and bring real numbers to your next planning conversation. The booth reopens every quarter with a fresh report.
The 10 biggest problems, ranked
Every ticket grouped by theme and ranked by how often it came up.
Split by type of organization
What health plans, health systems, and provider groups each struggle with most.
In your peers' own words
Short, edited quotes that show what each problem looks like day to day. Never traceable.
Every ticket is an entry to win.
Entries close November 30 or at the first 200 tickets. A CertifyOS judging panel picks the winners from the strongest confessions, with names removed. Only your first 5 tickets count. Winners are contacted by email and announced on our social channels, and possibly on Provider Data Dorks, our podcast.
- Grand prize: Apple AirPods Pro 3
- One winner. The newest AirPods.
- Four $50 Amazon gift cards
- For the runners-up, so more good confessions get rewarded.
- A seat on Provider Data Dorks
- One standout confessor is invited onto our podcast to talk it through. Only if you want to.

The booth rules
Real people, work emails.
Your name and work email confirm a real person wrote the ticket and tell us where to send your report and how to reach you if you win.
Five tickets per person.
Share as many problems as you like, but only your first 5 tickets per work email count as entries. Extra tickets still shape the report.
What you write stays out of sales.
A small team reads every ticket. We never use what you wrote for sales outreach.
We publish themes, not people.
We never publish who said what. Anything quoted in the report is edited so it can't point back to a person, a team, or a company.
Questions
Who reads the confessions?
The small CertifyOS team running the booth.
Is this a sales thing?
No. Your confession is only used to build the anonymized report and is never used for sales outreach. We use your name and email to confirm you're a real person, send the report and contact winners.
When does the booth close?
November 30. We may close it a little early if we pass 200 tickets. It reopens every quarter with a new report and new prizes.
When does the report come out?
When the booth closes. Everyone who drops a ticket gets it.
Can I confess more than once?
Yes, every problem gets its own ticket. Only your first 5 tickets per work email count as prize entries.
How are winners picked?
An internal CertifyOS judging panel reviews every eligible ticket with names removed and picks the most specific, relevant and original ones. See the official contest rules. We email winners to arrange the prize and announce them on our social channels, and possibly on Provider Data Dorks, our podcast. We never publish a winner's name without permission.
Will my confession end up on the podcast?
Themes from the booth may come up on Provider Data Dorks, our podcast. Always anonymized, never read word for word.
Official contest rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. This is a skill-based contest. Chance plays no part in picking winners.
1. Sponsor
The Provider Data Confession Booth (the “Contest”) is sponsored by CertifyOS, Inc. (“CertifyOS” or “Sponsor”).
2. Who can enter
The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older and currently work at a healthcare or healthcare-related organization. You must enter with your own work email address. Employees, contractors and agencies of CertifyOS, and their immediate family and household members, cannot enter. You are responsible for making sure your employer’s policies allow you to take part and to accept a prize. If you can’t accept a prize (for example under a gift policy or government ethics rules), you can decline it, and Sponsor may award it to an alternate.
3. Entry period
The Contest starts when this page is published and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor may close the Contest early once it has received about 200 entries, and will say so on this page if it does. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
Fill in the ticket on this page with your first name, last name, work email, the type of organization you work at and a written answer to the booth question, agree to these rules, and select “Drop it in the box.” Each ticket is one entry. Only your first 5 tickets per person count as entries. Tickets after the fifth may still be used in the report but are not eligible for prizes. Using more than one email address, someone else’s details, or any automated method to submit tickets will disqualify all of your entries. Incomplete entries, entries from personal email addresses, and entries received after the Entry Period ends are not eligible.
5. What you can submit
Your ticket must be your own original writing and describe a real provider data problem. It must not include protected health information, patient or member details, confidential information of your employer or anyone else, or anything unlawful, defamatory or offensive. Sponsor may remove names of people and organizations, edit tickets for length and clarity, and disqualify any ticket that doesn’t follow these rules.
6. How winners are picked
After the Entry Period ends, an internal panel of CertifyOS employees will review all eligible tickets with entrants’ names removed and score each one on: relevance to real provider data work (40%), specificity and clarity (30%), and originality (30%). The highest-scoring ticket wins the Grand Prize, the next four highest win the Runner-up Prizes, and the panel will pick one standout entrant to invite onto the podcast. Ties are broken by the specificity and clarity score. The panel’s decisions are final. Each person can win one prize only, and the podcast invitation can go to a prize winner.
7. Prizes
Grand Prize (1): one pair of Apple AirPods Pro 3. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) $249.
Runner-up Prizes (4): one $50 Amazon.com gift card each. ARV $50 each.
Podcast invitation (1): an invitation to appear as a guest on Provider Data Dorks, CertifyOS’s podcast. No cash value. Taking part is optional, and recording is scheduled at Sponsor’s discretion.
Total ARV of all prizes: $449. Prizes can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. Amazon is not a sponsor of this Contest.
8. Winner notification
Sponsor will email potential winners at the work email they entered with, on or around December 15, 2026. A potential winner must reply within 7 days and may be asked to confirm eligibility and a US shipping address. If a potential winner doesn’t reply in time, isn’t eligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may pick an alternate from the next-highest-scoring entries. Winners are announced by email and on CertifyOS’s social channels, and may also be announced on Provider Data Dorks. Sponsor will never publish a winner’s name without their permission.
9. Use of your ticket
By entering, you give Sponsor a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, edit and publish your ticket in anonymized form, including in the top 10 report, on the podcast and in other CertifyOS content, without further payment or notice. Sponsor will remove or change details that could identify you, your team or your organization. What you write will not be used for sales outreach.
10. Privacy
Sponsor uses the details you give to run the Contest, send you the top 10 report and contact winners, and may send you other CertifyOS communications, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. See the CertifyOS privacy policy.
11. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions. Sponsor isn’t responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of technical problems. If fraud, a technical failure or anything else outside Sponsor’s control affects the Contest, Sponsor may change, suspend or end it and pick winners from the eligible entries received up to then. To the extent the law allows, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, employees and agents from any liability connected with the Contest or any prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
12. Winners list
For the names of winners who agreed to be named, email marketing@certifyos.com after December 31, 2026.
Want to tell it on the mic?
Provider Data Dorks is where Nick and Mitch talk through the provider data problems most teams keep quiet about. This round’s tickets may shape an upcoming episode, and one confessor gets a seat on the show, if they want it.
